About Massage

Massage can be used to improve many conditions or simply to make you feel good.  Some of the beneficial effects of massage include pain relief, improved circulation, a more relaxed nervous system, improved muscle condition, toxin draining through the lymphatic system, increased haemoglobin and red blood cell count, improved skin condition, assistance in the removal of wastes from the lungs for asthma and bronchial conditions, reduced stress and generally improved wellbeing.

Our therapists work holistically and believe in the benefits of working with a team of professionals to help clients maintain and improve their overall health.  They all have a Diploma in Remedial Massage and current membership with a recognised massage association, and are registered for all health fund rebates.

Clients may receive a combination of therapies or a particular therapy, depending on their needs and preferences.
